Tool 1: Video Overlayer
Video Overlayer allows you to import Quicktime MOV videos and overlay them on top of other videos. Apple stopped supporting Quicktime on Windows as of April 2016 which has made it increasingly difficult for Windows users to find a solution for overlaying MOV files over videos. So we solved that problem. We will be looking into adding other transparent animation and video options also including GIF, PNG Sequences and WEBM videos. Tool 2: GIF Compressor
The GIF Compressor Tool allows you to reduce the file sizes of GIF animations quickly and easily so that they download faster over the internet. For example all of the GIF animations samples on this page were compressed to under 1Mb from GIFs that would have been 6+ Mb. GIF animation tools often create GIF animations that are HUGE making them take longer to download than the need to. Compressing GIFs takes only about a minute. We snuck this tool in with the Crop and Size tools because, let’s face it, while video cropping and sizing is very useful–it’s not very fun. So we you’re really getting 3 tools instead of just one! The Facebook Video Meme tool let’s you make video memes quickly and easily from horizontal or portrait videos including adding overlays for a custom look! The Video Converter tool in Video Chest allows you to convert your videos and animations to different formats quickly and easily. For example, iPhone users often need to convert their MOV videos taken on their phone to MP4 for use with popular video programs. Video Converter can do that as well as convert many more file types. The Palette Creator tool in Video ToolChest lets you import an image and then create a color palette for it. One of the most common questions we hear is, how do I crop, size, and/or trim my video? Well the Crop, Size, & Trim tool not the most exciting tool in Video ToolChest, but it’s there when you need it. When you need to crop down to the best parts of the video, open up Crop and Size.
